I have ordered seven sweaters for gifts and for myself. They are soft to the feel, and we all love them. I put my sweater in a large lingerie bag and washed it on the gentle cycle in cold water. I then laid it out flat on my laundry rack to dry. It came out beautifully, and it did not shrink at all.
I am delighted to say that I am very pleased with this purchase.

These sweaters are exceeding my expectations. It is very soft and looks just like the photos. I am 5’8 1/2” and weigh about 188lbs. I usually wear a x-large in sweaters, as I am a bit larger in the chest. So I ordered the extra large. I think I want to order more sweaters and maybe the cute dresses. I am an edgy granny, so these sweaters fit my style. If I could give this sweater 10 stars I would.

I love this sweater. It is so soft and it fits as expected. The design is unique and the sweater is very well made.
For reference, I am 5'2", 115 lbs, 38" bustline, and I got this in a small. Washes up well. I just used the delicate cycle on the machine and laid it flat to dry. Kept its shape and softness.

Fit: I like oversized sweaters, so I ordered a size up (L), and it fit perfectly (for reference, 165 lbs, 38D), a little loose without looking boxy. Very flattering. I’m 5’7” and it’s long enough to come to the top of the thighs. I would say it runs true to size. You would only need to go a size up if you want it oversized.

I bought two of this sweater in different sizes (small and medium). This one is the medium and it is loose and super comfortable. It is really cute and flatters my figure. I will wear it with leggings so the sweater is the focal apparel. I love the fabric design and how soft it is.
